Is it safe to use the "t" word against these 2? Its not becuase they are black, again, just that the "t" word is fitting in this case.

On topic:

If it happened - frick the assholes. I hope they pay out the ear.

It it didn't happen - yay!

However, why weren't criminal charges brought upon initial investigation? Anyone know?

Who was allegedly involved other than the Diches?

I believe Freeze has lost control of that team. Seriously.

That would definitely be a very Ole Miss thing to do

I'd argue an event that happened during the Croom days matters little with the new regime, but pank doesn't care anyways.

But 4 out of 5, right?

Because Ole miss is finally recruiting some good players and the "cost" is literally too high to let them get away before they have "paid" their dues.

I thought we fired Houston Nutt, but these last few weeks make me feel extreme déjà vu.

There were 5 unidentified players involved. There wasn't enough evidence to charge anyone when they fled the scene; however, probably enough to win a civil case. Is what was there and what has been the consensus in the thread.

Edit: Rather than unidentified they are just not being released. They are also being sued so their identity is known, not sure why they aren't being released publicly.

This thread? Seriously? You're going to bolster your argument using the ill-formed opinions of anonymous SEC football fans?

No, I was just telling him what was said because he didn't want to read through 15 pages. Most of the posters that I drew that conclusion from were Ole Miss fans. I'm in no way bolstering an argument, just relaying what was said by multiple posters. Hell there isn't an argument to bolster.

Well, it is the general consensus of this thread.. Whether you want to take it seriously or not is your choice pal, just like you form your opinions..

All we have is a bunch of accusations, some John Does, and hearsay. All the evidence is anecdotal at this point. Clearly this is settlement bait. What will probably happen is that the Nkemdiches will shell out six figures to keep this from going to court.

I know that.

I also know that.

Here's the thing though; not all choices are created equal. There are good and bad choices. Jumping to conclusions based on hearsay, particularly as a method to confirm my fan biases, is more the latter than the former.
