Ole miss is probably are tapped out after paying out the arse for two quarterbacks who aren’t going to win the starting job anyway.

Malone couldnt make the rotation on our not great Dline. Tells me all I need to know.

That's not a good sign for A&M if true. Ole Miss didn't have a good DL last year and he wasn't in the two-deep, even with injuries.
At this point, Brown is a bigger loss than Malone. Brown's a solid special teamer and was running with the 2s a lot in spring. He's a solid depth piece.
We're probably at the juncture where Malone needs to pick a sport. He either needs a full baseball offseason to learn how to hit SEC pitching or a full football offseason to get his body and techniques right. DL isn't really one of those positions where you can spend the offseason not in the weight room.
Players who are likely to start don't leave after spring ball. This should be common sense but this is tRant.
