They give out MIP's in the stadium....That in itself puts them below Dudy Noble.

I'm assuming this was directed at someone else. Because we have.

It's basically a consensus that those 4 are in the Top 5

It basically isn't.
But I have zero problem with anyone who has such an opinion.

I just really like how our outfield is set up and is more organized than y'all's.

Because sitting 75 ft behind the fence is just the best

I've always looked at State and LSU's stadium like Fenway and Yankee Stadium. Both unique in their own aspects.

Honestly, I agree, with Swayze Field in my mind being like Wrigley Field. Beautiful field, great atmosphere, and cursed team.

Ole Miss fans do beer showers because none of them can actually drink

Who gives a shite about atmosphere?

Would a recruit say "I liked _______'s coach, campus, and program better than Ole Miss overall, but God Damn at that atmosphere. I will be a Rebel."?

You and I both know that's bullshite.

You especially know that's bullshite. Would Tiger Stadium be as fun if people just walked in sober, watched the game sober, and then immediately left with no drinking, food, or hot broads?

Well, it seems to have persuaded the number one recruit in the country last year.

Quite honestly, as an LSU fan I can say that the Alex Box Stadium atmosphere is not all that it could be. IMHO, LSU missed the boat when they failed to provide the kind of outfield experience that schools like Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Texas do...

Mississippi State

Texas

Ole Miss

Edit: Added OM

In football, yes, extremely important. Baseball, I don't really care about atmosphere.

I think OM should at least be allowed to hang a co-Best College Baseball Atmosphere banner.

I actually think the atmosphere has been essential to ours, State's, and Arkansas' programs. We weren't all that hot in the 90s, but when our atmospheres took off, so did the teams. I think players look more for that than you believe.

Of course it matters. A lot.
