The same ole Ole Piss lame arguments,as always. They keep harping on their one victory over LSU. This is just as I said before.......the win over LSU made their whole season........orgasmic for them, no doubt. The win over TT in the Cotton Bowl pales in comparison. Its a completely sucessful season when they beat LSU.(and Miss. State). And the Ole Miss tripe goes on. (yawn)

dude....You need to go to sleep earlier. Show me in this thread where we even bragged about the LSU-OM game.

I think that you are just trolling......and a HORRIBLE one at that

If ya'll happen to win the West, save this article and then send it back to him in December.

And I guess LSU fans that keep piling on Ole Miss forget where we were in the 90s. There is always a turning point, and we finally turned the corner in 2001. Is it possible that the turning point is this year for Ole Miss?

We have a few more than one victory over LSU. And quiet honestly most years (the sucking years) a win over LSU and State would make my season. This year though was different. My BF is a loyal LSU fan so I went to several games with him. At the State game I looked at him and said I think it's going to be a long disappointing year for you. This being said based on the way LSU was playing he said oh it's just State we don't want to give it all away on this game. Well the playing didn't get any better and week by week Ole Miss continued to improve. By the time our game rolled around I thought we pretty much had it but didn't want to get argued down by saying so. I let him continue to believe LSU was the better team. So the win was not all that climatic. I mean a win is always great but everyone will admit LSU had a down year so it's really nothing special to have beaten you this go around. Had y'all played like you did the year before and the a big bowl been on the lines for both of us then yeah that win would have been outstanding. But sadly we just made your 4th of 5 losses. So in all actuality the LSU win while good was kinda a let down.

Flame me if you must now but you really should know I am probably more supportive of LSU than any other SEC team east of west excluding Ole Miss. All of what I said is based off of me actually sitting down and watching every SEC game possible on Saturdays. Yes I am a football nerd.

To be honest, it rarely gets brought up here and we rarely talk about that dominating win on this board. We could, but we don't.

We have season goals this year... ATL or bust.

What that tells me is that we've never had teams this good in back to back seasons.
Find me an Ole Miss 8 win season in which we had 16 returning starters back the next year.
We simply have not had that.

It's been awhile, but only since 1990. You should check facts before you blather out BS.
