Right or wrong- I’m pretty much flatly honest in my takes.

Was it you that just stated you would be concerned for his safety? That sounds like more than just being along for the ride.

I think you totally misread what I said. This is compete honesty:

Yes, I am genuinely concerned that a drunk Ole Miss fan will do something that is stupid (such as throwing crap on the field or something similar).

I don’t think there’s a significant safety issue but our fans are completely capable of making us look terrible on national television, which could destroy a narrative that elevates both schools.

huh?

You just tried to disguise your fear of LSU as a concern for being able to protect Kiffin.

Two things can be true.

I am very concerned by what I saw Saturday night.

I am also concerned that some Ole Miss fans will do stupid stuff after drinking bourbon from 6am at Gameday through the game which kicks 13 hours later.

...and the reason you want him suspended is because of the former...not the latter.

And, you tried to justify it by pointing to the latter.

Personally, I actually want him there and protected. It's good for ratings and ratings are good for brand value.

Although I am concerned with the potential that LSU showed, I am not going to run from it.

Kiffin gave us a chance to move to Tier 1. Now, we get to play for it on a grand stage.

I absolutely want him there because I don't want any excuses to be a detriment to this opportunity.

If you think I hate Kiffin, I do not. All of this is the best opportunity we've ever been handed. We have to go and compete. Our play on Sunday night is not going to cut it when we play you guys, though.

Quite honestly, they want to see Kiffin crash and burn more than they want to see Golding have success.
Exactly.

On paper maybe but after watching both lsu is the favorite and most of country will think so. I don’t think many sports pundits or those on game day will think ole Miss will win
Maybe that’s motivation for ole Miss
We shall see
