Most underrated moment in the game. If Ole Miss makes the playoffs, it will be an extremely pivotal moment in retrospect. Simmons came in and calmed everyone down. Dude had massive balls.
Kudos to Lane/Weis for letting him sling it. Would have been very easy to just hand it off 3 times and wait for Dart.

I liked what Siskey said on the rebel grove postgame show about him, maybe his experience on the baseball team as a reliever already gave him a little more poise than you would expect from a backup QB going in a big moment like that. He definitely has insane arm talent and I can’t wait to see what he can do leading that offense.
