Sorry to break the news but wearing hilariously antiquated and quasi-homosexual outfits does not make you 1) Ivy League Scholars or 2) Socially relevant outside of Aberdeen and Greenville. Y'all wish you were UVA but you have to settle for being a glorified community college that happens to be in a quaint town. Congrats.

Why is your school significantly lower in every meaningful academic ranking than mine? (In addition to being significantly lower in every meaningful academic ranking than most of the SEC)?

Per the theoretical/subjective rankings I should ask you the same thing when comparing your beloved institution to my undergrad alma-mater? Don't y'all get tired of the whole academic "my dick is bigger than your dick" crap? What really matters is did you get a good education that prepared you to assume a productive roll in society while enabling yourself to be fairly compensated?

The irony of the Ole Miss fan. Somehow spoiled and entitled while being financially beneath most of the rest of the country.

One day you may leave the state and find out that leasing a Lexus doesn't make you a Rockefeller.

Fair enough. Unfortunately for the average ole miss Gras, the answer to your question is no.

For some people, the goal of education is much more than that.

You're a sidewalker. Although I would have been better than you anyway, I certainly am because of your non alum status. I will pray for you.

ole miss students don't need education to make money. they do it because they want to become learned individuals of the world. only boring, mindless worker drones require an education to make money

I have two Master's degrees from Ole Miss. So if being at Ole Miss makes someone "better than you", then certainly having multiple advanced degrees from the same institution makes me "better than" you.

But in all honesty, being better than you is such a common and pedestrian distinction that I would never boast of it, just as I would never boast of being able to dress myself in the morning.
