Dumb lawsuit but it makes sense now why Kiffen tried to create some mental health BS at OM. He knew this was coming.
That was almost as bad as him copying the Titans coach letting an AA assistant coach a meaningless scrimmage yet Lane has never had an AA as a coordinator

Read over this, sounds like the player is chicken shite and hiding behind "mental health" because he isn't get what he wants w/r/t playing time.

I will amend that:
in the real world when you claim "mental health" as a shield for poor performance or malingering, your employer sends you straight to HR for some employee assistance program deal and put you on some plan that involves talking to a shrink a bunch and an assessment of your performance.
ultimately, the goal is to shite can the employee if they don't reform but everyone gets to play this charade for caring about employee mental health to avoid litigiousness.
So basically, Ole Miss probably hitting up their insurance for legal issues.

All students have access to free mental health resources through the University. It's very well advertised throughout campus. There is zero legal basis for this claim as the kid has not been discriminated against because Kiffin didn't pick up the phone and call the campus psychiatrist for him. Silly lawsuit, feel for the kid because those injuries likely did mess with him, but ultimately not a legal issue.
