Did they just go by the people that signed? There is no way attrition was taken into consideration. AU only has like 75 schollie players. I have a hard time believing they are ahead of us on talent.

Maybe assessing high school football players is an inexact science.

I hope he does come back because it will only mean one thing, that he sucked fricking balls this year. Even if he only has a decent year he'll be one of the top 3 QBs chosen. Good year and he could be the first QB chosen. No chance in hell he comes back next year. OM's year is this year. Anything less than Atlanta is a huge let down. Last year was Bama's year. This year is OM's year. Next year is a toss up. 2011 is LSU's year.

No doubt. But that's not the point I'm trying to make. Some guy came up with a way to "rate" the talent currently on each team. I have a hard time believing AU is ahead of us based on the fact that they have 75 schollie players and most of them are shitty. Prima facie, it doesn't make sense. Something must have been taken under consideration that doesn't truly take into account who is actually on each team and playing.

If you think just becasue you had a handfull of players pan out and have some talent on your starting 22 that you can't be beat than you are a fricking tard. I can't wait to see Tennessee stomp a fricking mudhole in the weebles arse and watch the Old Ball Coach outcoach peaNUTT with similar talent. You guys have bought into the hype... hook, line and sinker and it's going to be great watching the house of cards come down.

Now I know you aren't too bright...and only a small part of it has to do with the fact that you can't spell handful.

No bama has more talent becasue auburn has an insane amount of attrition and he used signing day rosters to compile the information. I know this is not an exact science but I'm just trying to show that ole miss plays 5 teams that have recruited better than them over the last 4 years and another is right there with them. These ole miss fans around here that act like they can't be beat by anyone outside the top 10 are crazy.

Also bama's score is being hurt by their class 4 years ago. Once that one drops off, they will be right at the top of the ranking. Bama is playing alot of younger players from their higher ranked classes so they are an acception to his system that is ranking a class for bama that did not produce very many starters on your team.

Actually, I didn't side-step it. If he thinks we only had a "handful" of players pan out last year, he is either flaming or he's not the brightest bulb in the chandelier. The grammar police citation was just to further prove the argument, and was noted as the secondary violation.

You had enough talent to win 8 regular season games. Period. You lost some good players on that team and Ole Miss does not recruit on a level to simply plug in the next stud like bama, uga, lsu or uf. Your coaching staff didn't improve from last year and your talent didn't improve from last year so basically y'all are being hyped to rise to a level never achieved by ole miss for no good reason. My post has logic. Your notion that ole miss will win the SEC this year shows you are the one with the dim bulb.

The fact that you think a grammar error proves anything and that you beat your chest for discovering one such error on my post does go a long way in understanding your mental midget mindset.

as well. Predict the depth of the Ole Missy bandwagon fans angst this year.

Its this year or none IMO. HDN can't recruit worth a damn, Orgerons recruits will be gone soon.

I say 6-6 this year, final.

Nice flame job there Captain frickwad.

You had supposedly better talent and won 7. By your logic, since your talent that will be doing the bulk of the playing is similar, you should win about the same or less than you did last year.

If you don't think Ole Miss is talented and can plug in players when we lose one, you weren't paying enough attention to the lesson you received last year. We'll give you the same lesson again this year. Maybe it will seep in.

I know there's a lot of talk about Ole Miss being overrated. I think that as well, but 6-6? That seems like a stretch in my opinion. I think they'll lose 2 games.
