No. That’s not the logic.

LSU beat the dog piss out of OM.
OM has one thing on LSU. One less loss.
LSU has better wins.

So if it’s ONLY how many losses you have, then UNC should be ranked ahead of LSU. But they aren’t.

If it’s resume or B2B (and beating the ever loving shite out of them) then LSU would be ahead of OM.

It’s inconsistent logic by the pollsters.

You might as well try to understand the X’s and O’s of a matchup by listening to Paul Finebaum. Most AP writers have little football knowledge and vote like they are voting for class president-who do they like. I mean, these are the same clowns that have A&M in the top 6 preseason every year because they buy Fisher’s used car salesman routine. Coaches have their secretaries fill out their vote.
