We do have RB's who are effective (Sermon before he got hurt and Kennedy Brooks, who averages 8.2 yards per carry and Stephenson), but Hurts running the RPO has proven very effective at sustaining drives.
Our receivers are above average as a group, particularly Rambo, but Lamb is the superstar for sure.

This LSU team might be the scariest thing Oklahoma has ever seen. Week after week “such and such defense vs this LSU offense” etc, and what happens? That terrifying terminator joe burrow rips out their souls. Be very very afraid

As a whole, Alabama last year was more impressive. You have a good QB. Everything else is about on par with us.

As an OU fan, I'm genuinely looking forward to this game. Not because I think we are going to win, but because I have very low expectations for the outcome.
This was a rebuilding year for OU. 16/22 starters are freshman or sophomores. We installed a completely new defense. We have a QB that doesn't fit our system.
We have a decent offense and our defense has made HUGE strides in one year. I don't think we are going to win, but I think it will be lower scoring and closer than most of the posters here think it will be.
I say LSU wins 34-24.
