I know next to nothing about Tennesse however i know a lot about the Sooners 2024. So I figure i will buy a Phil Steele magazine this year to help learn about our new opponents in the SEC.
So if i predict it will be just a gut feel. The last time I saw OU play Tennesse was at Owen field. Two Tennesse guys sat in front of me and fully expected it win. They left early 3rd quarter. It was either 2014 or 15. Sooners won that day at Owen field 34 to 10. I predict a 14 point win for the Sooner

Did an OU fan just compare Stillwater to Auburn for a road game atmosphere? Hahahaha ??
Oh boy a rude awakening is awaiting especially if AU is 4-0

I think it will be a good hard fought ball game but we need to get past NC state 1st
I’m not looking past that game.
The Vols Sooners game will have to wait.

What? Y’all have a 3 game losing streak against OU! Until that changes y’all are in the backseat washing OU’s jock!

Young backs almost always struggle with run blocking. Even Wright did at first. You can bet that won't be a problem.

Baker Mayfield to this day still says his one game in Neyland was the loudest and most intense gameday atmosphere he's ever seen at any level. Jordan Hare can get like that too. The SEC is just different.

You teach your RBs to run block? Who are they run blocking for I'm curious?

It’s piece of shite posters like you that make me hope and pray that Oklahoma goes in dry and just makes Tennessee bend over a bite pillow. I hope they run up the score on the Vols

Vegas point spreads say the Vols are underdogs in this game.
Are you a troll or idiot? Maybe both?

When i bump this thread on September 21st come back and apologize.
Vols have the clear edge on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Oklahoma 's only advantage is playing at home.
I'm really tired of people like you parading around like you are smart or something. On paper, Tennessee should win this ball game. It's not a good match up for Oklahoma any way you look at it.
If I'm wrong, then tell why exactly Oklahoma will win? Where are their advantages at? They have more overall talent I'll give them that, just not at the right positions to beat us.
If we didn't have such a big advantage on our dline vs their oline our young secondary would be at a greater risk.
Arnold will be running for his life most of the game though and i don't see him getting much support on the ground.

There is no point in arguing with that guy. He been "studying"...
We get it. He is a homer. he is probably being unreasonable in his expectations. (In fact, I am convinced he is) But, give us your run down. How strong do you think your OLine, DLine and the rest of your team is. Give us a prediction.
I like honest takes on other people's teams and would enjoy and appreciate y'alls opinions.

Exactly. I want to hear exactly how and why Oklahoma could/will beat us.

Congratulations on your one victory over Oklahoma back in 1939

What is Oklahoma good at and what are they bad at?

Sure, but I don’t think it will be necessary. Wondering why you haven’t done the same considering the bullshite you post here daily.

This is golden. The experts who make a living doing this apparently aren’t privy to the same information and knowledge you have. What a homer you are.

You said it yourself, a better blue chip ratio, playing at home and I’ll add, a defensive minded head coach who is now getting players he recruited involved in his game plan.
