Neither lithium or cobalt are rare earth elements. Critically a plant to process rare earth is also being built in Texas.

So much money is being put into energy hedges right now the wallets are still tight. The market has gotten smarter which means less early excess.
Oh well that just means A&M’s next defense coordinator probably sets the high water mark for the position.
