Dayton was the print capital of America it seemed. In the end we got bought out by one of the big guys up there

On an odd side note, most all the NCAA print work when they were based in Kansas was done in Lexington, KY so game programs and such were all made in SEC country. I think it remained in place when NCAA moved to Indy but in past 5-10 years not sure who prints them today.

What state were you working in at the time?
Wonder if who bought you is still going. I know the past decade or two that part of the Dayton economy has been struggling.

ReyRey's still going in Dayton, they are huge but they spun us off years ago

Were you the part that got bought by Carlyle?

No it isn't.
I moved over to the barcode printing side. Occasionally we add color to a label these days.

The company I work for now has a plant South of Dayton.
That area still has a lot of PS converting going on.
I started in Dallas and ended up in St. Louis working with barcodes. That has been a very fun ride.

You are getting close! This area is full of PS companies too. Mark Andy is here as is Rotometric and quite a few converters.
I have spent most of my time in field sales.

Mizzou may win the East again. I'm very impressed. They would have beaten UGA had that cat not fumbled.
