I predicted earlier that MIZ would take this 35-7. Wow. Was I ever wrong. 31-7 and it ain't even the half yet. UNC playing like dey got some tar on those heels.

Now you're going to start seeing the Pinkel effect. Our HC doesn't like to embarrass anyone, and when we get up by big leads, he tends to pull on the reins a little. You can expect a slower tempo and a heavy dose of the run in the 2nd half. Unless NC starts to show up, then he'll let off the brakes.

Mizzo would finish top 3 or 4 in east. Not as a flame but more so that they would have shown well. They'd of beaten us or at worse gave us a good game.

The Pinkel effect? Really? I'd say the majority of coaches in the country play that way when up by 24.

I would think that the date and time of the game have a lot to do with that. I also think the weather is playing a part. It looks miserable out there right now.
