doesn't really mean much if it's a one loss team vs. an undefeated team. especially if everyone has more than 1 loss or the game was really close.

For the loser of that game to get a rematch in the NCG the loser would have to lose only THAT game, and the rest of the teams in the BCS conferences would have to have 2 loses. Yeah, I'd say there's no chance.
