Not sure what you’re referencing, but Elarbee isn’t there to “develop” players for the NFL. He’s there to teach them to execute the scheme that UT runs, and he does it exceptionally well. He’s done that exceptionally well everywhere he’s been, in fact
He’s here to recruit and develop his recruits as well. We have been dependent on transfers and holdovers from Pruitt to put together a competent OL, every single one of his HS recruits has sucked cock and never made a positive impact here.
All of Germy’s kroots are gone now so it’ll be interesting to monitor this year.

You can't really run the Veer and Shoot in the NFL because the hash marks being so close to the middle of the field don't give you the same advantage of being able to get defenders so far away from the ball on one side.
Good thing VOLS don’t play in the NFL then

If so, he'd still have to overcome an awful lot. He reads half the field and then runs
This is pretty common in college. Its often masked elsewhere more than it is at Tennessee. The wide splits just make it obvious.
Jimbo went on that run of putting QBs in the NFL who for the most part never did much of anything because his offense was based on isolating a defender based on alignment, the QB reading that one defender, and then making a decision based on what that defender did. It was essentially what an RPO does but in a format that supposedly translated better to the NFL.
RichRod at Arizona based his offense around halves of the field. Based on pre snap alignments or just the playcall, the QB looks to one side of the field or the other and makes a read. If all of the reads on that side are covered you look to the other side.

If you have doubts about how good that dude is, go read his UT bio. Or his UCF bio. Or his Missouri bio. Or his Arkansas State bio.
Elite OL play follows him around, and he’s the common denominator.
I don't think the debate is on whether he is a good OL coach or not. I think its obvious that he is.
You claimed he is the best in the game. The best in the game would have developed some dudes interally by now, in my opinion. Will "Developing" David Sanders Jr, an all-world prospect count? Maybe, I guess.

I was warned when I first came here that there were lots of alters on here. They'd make an account, tell you how great Tennessee was, go on a cussing hissy fit if someone said anything kind of negative about them, then suddenly leave and make a new account the next month with a different name and do it all over again.
Your boy dawgdickfan started the cussing.
Keep crying about Tennessee, you worthless, insignificant little man.
Come back after you have actually attended a UGA game once in your life.

Yes. Been awhile. I don't work in the states.
I post about the SEC on here. I don't post about my school because I find it braggadocious and usually just talk about it with fellow Dawgs on another board. I understand that UT folk would rather come here and tell us how great you all are. Just not my style.
I will say that you can be a huge fan and not actually attend games. My father (lost him a little over a year ago) was as big of a Dawg fan as anyone I knew, but I think his last game was vs. LSU in 1986 in terms of attending. Still, never missed watching on TV.
You might be shocked to find out there are huge NFL fans in Europe who have never attended an NFL game of their favorite team in person.
You might also be shocked to find out there are huge soccer fans in the US who have never attended a Premier League game in the UK.
A lot of text to reveal that you're just a bandwagoner

Go make a thread about UGA's piece of shite QB play in the NFL.
Shockingly considering that UGA is in a talent rich state, they kind of have a history of killing the careers of high 4 and 5 star QBs at this point.

Yoiu insecure little-dicked idiots are a joke. A bunch of bandwagon riders acting like you have done something in your life. You are the most ignorant fan base in the entire country. That is also why your punk thug players don't graduate, bitch. You're obsessed with UT. How deep was that UT fan's dick in your mother's arse when you walked in on them? Or was it your Daddy that had it in his arse.
This post is an embarrassment. Put the phone down and get an education.

Of course it doesn't translate to the NFL. I've been trying to tell them that. It's a pre-snap read from the QB and that's who he's throwing the ball too no matter what. The other WRs don't run routes because they aren't getting the ball. They just jog to a spot on the field and turn around. There is no "read progression" in that offense. The QB just holds the ball and waits for that pre-snap read WR to get in a certain position against the DB and then he throws it to him.
Baylor had the same problems when Bryce Petty showed up to the NFL unprepared to play QB and their WRs couldn't run the route tree.

Maybe your pitiful fan base should discuss your team, instead of crying about Tennessee.

I don't think you understand the definition of the word.
a person who takes part in or becomes enthusiastic about something only when it is popular or fashionable
Whatever I am, bandwagoner certainly would not be it.

It works. Never said it didn't. Just said it doesn't translate to the NFL. It's not good preparation for the NFL. Definitely used against you in recruiting.

Maybe true, being an adult who barks at other adults has never been fashionable

Never barked at another adult. Most of you claim this and outside of a few guys having fun to get reactions with videos online, never seen it. Not a regular practice of the fans I have known and hung out with.

Thanks for telling us how the fans act, it really means a lot from a bandwagoner who admits they haven't been to a game in years and doesn't even live in the US

Here's a clue because you obviously don't get it.
I don't get on here and brag about my football team constantly.
You know, the way you guys do your baseball team. That's the difference.

I don’t care who discusses what on a message board, that’s the point of it. Feel free to post about whatever you want. All I’m saying is, personally, you sound like a massive douchebag with no self-awareness, and I am glad you don’t live in the United States, so that I know for a fact I will never encounter you in the wild, because it would probably make my day worse. No offense.
