I'm really starting to think the guy is on the spectrum. That pat down gimmick does nothing to increase their competitive advantage in a game. If Oats had any social awareness he would have nixed that shite. And then when he's asked about it he says it would be inappropriate for him to pay attention to what his players are doing while he's drawing up plays? This dude is a PR nightmare.
