Seriously, he'll get in a few good scrambles, but if Clemson thinks him running up the middle on designed runs is going to be their salvation, he's way more likely to get crushed than anything.

Cam and Tebow were built for collision, Manziel only ran when things broke down and knew to get down or out of bounds.

Of those 14 games how many double digit carries were against the best run defense in college football?

I think he'll actually have some success in running. He won't have direct run calls though, they'll all be on read option plays and maybe the occasional 5 WR, QB draw set

I hope he stays healthy, and I think he will. But to be fair he hasn't been hit by Bama's defense.

Getting hit by Alabama's defense isn't going to be any different than it was against Oklahoma, Florida State, or Notre Dame.
I think it's extremely overblown that he'll just break in two the first time he gets touched. In fact, the only times he's suffered an injury was a non-contact knee injury and he hit his hand on a helmet last season. I'm not worried about his durability.
As for the yardage against BC, yeah they did a good job against Clemson's rushing game. But he threw for 420 yards and 3 touchdowns. Clemson would take that.
