No. North texas doesnt count. They were blowing through the line untouched on all of their long runs. I will come back and eat crow if they put up those numbers on arkansas. But they wont.

What did they do last year when Imgram was out?

You have a negative bias toward LSU and don't accurately recognize individual or team strengths.

Come back to me when you been in the stadium since 1972 for nearly every game with the exception of last year (only 2 games at home because of living part time 900 miles away).
You don't know me from Adam dumbass.

I've read enough of your posts to realize you are a bama cocksucker because you are still in love with Nick Saban. You don't like Les Miles, and you have a negative bias towards LSU because of your personal discomforts related toward your incorrect assumptions. Does that work better for you?

just curious. why do you have alabama a notch ahead of lsu? i haven't seen anything at this point from my team that would make me rank them above lsu.

Once again, have you read my sig line. Giant FAIL.

Do I think NS is a great coach meh - very good coach yes. Miles has a higher winning percentage and a Nitional title than NS did when he was here, so I am not sure what your point about NS is, but I do know the score... In fact, eventhough I wasn't on here, I felt like NS GAVE UP on us that last year and was ready to run his sorry arse out of town.
On Miles...
When we win nicely, I give credit to him, just like the past 3 weeks. I am very proud of how he has coached and his team has played considering all of the distractions.
Am I happy about the mess with the probation and RShep suspension and his apartment fiasco? No.
BUT only 1 SEC program has been as clean as LSU since the 80's, that being Vandy.

When we struggle like we did last year, I bitch.

My whole thing with Les is about how loyal he is to people like Crowton. He is a wonderful human being and a VERY kind person. This is also a weakness he has towards his staff. Sometimes your greatest strength is also your biggest weakness as the saying goes. But in the end he will be forever remembered as a great man without question.

Most of my posts last year were related to Crowton. Miles, being the head coach, is and was ultimately responsible for that. I AM SOOOOOOO FREAKIN PROUD and HAPPY HE FIRD HIM!

I support the LSU coach 100%, both in public and financially no matter what. It is the responsibility that comes with being boosters to voice their respective opinions, and believe me, there were people that were ready to fire him last year, when it is their collective money that pays his salary.

Your boss would do the same to you if he wasn't happy about your performance.

It is the cost of being a big boy and making big money like Les does. He knows the score all too well and so do boosters.

Now that the dust has settled...Week 3 power rankings

our offense has shown just as much as Alabamas, though, and wouldn't they also have to score to win?

Their O is better due to the Oline's health. we are hurting in that area. That is why I gave them the edge, plus TR is better than all of our backs and the combination of Lacy and him are definitely better than Ford and Ware.
Our receivers are better than theirs, but our QB will not have time to sit in the pocket. As much as I hate to say this, if JJ was available, I would pick us over them. Mobility is the key against this defense. Saban will be blitzing like mad - delayed blitzing especially.

I like to go with tiers.

Bama
LSU
----
Arkansas
Florida
South Carolina
Mississippi State
-----------
UGA
UT
Auburn
-------
Vandy
Ole Miss
Kentucky

I'm sure I'll get flamed for putting MSU ahead of Auburn. But I think MSU beats them 4-2 in a 7 game series. And this is supposed to be a power poll, which is different from a resume poll. Plus, Auburn lost to Clemson and it was by the grace of god that they beat a mid-tier WAC team, for the love of all things sacred.

I would move Arky up, and State down, but I think you are on to something.
