Ole Miss stadium seemed very quiet.. I watched on TV, so that could have something to do with it, but at one point Arkansas was driving down the field in 1st half, I want to say they were in OM's redzone, on a 3rd down, and there was no crowd noise...

Why is this stadium not bumping with noise? Was I missing something?

The stadium was half empty, OM fans did not show up. You have a good shot at getting Kiffin.

Yet you were a two point conversion away from losing.

Would have been pretty embarrassing to have back to back losses to a North Texas/Jacksonville State

Some games seem inexplicably quiet and others loud and it doesn’t appear to matter how many people are there. I think tv is significantly modifying the crowd noise during the production now, a lot more than they used to.

Plenty of loud music. Our fans just aren’t that good. And they don’t know when to get loud. That was 11 am though. Maybe they will get a little wild this week.

Agreed very embarrassing.

Win is a win though. Win by 1 or win by 40, it only counts as 1 win.

Call me crazy but I think a quarter of the crowd was waiting in line for cold beer and hot dogs, lines were awful. I know I spent a good 25-30 minutes of the game in a damn line.

11a.m. games and 8p.m. games historically suck for Ole Miss, even more so since they canned the instate tuition for Memphis...the town is small and there are not enough hotels,, they can't survive on a few weekends a year to build more...it is a 2.5 hour drive from Jackson...leaving at 4a.m. to beat the traffic for the early games and getting home at 3a.m. for night games isn't plausible....traffic was backed up 2 miles on Hwy 6 at kick off of Arkansas game
