The man you can point a finger at right now is Verge Ausberry. The only thing proven about O is that he knew what Guice said to the security guard, and now it's clear that she was just trying to get money out of it.
Problem is, if you fire Ausberry when USA Today is openly accusing O then you've got a different PR scandal on your hands. You can't fire the highest ranked black man in your AD.

Ray Parker was arrested on charges of battery of a dating partner and criminal damage to property. Gone.
O has actually tried to clean up the program. He inherited a shitstorm and has done some good things to try and repair what is broke. I do however wish he would get someone to write his statements to the media. Sometimes he's too much of an eager beaver with a mic in front of him.
