What is your prediction for state?

5-6 going into the EGG Bowl. It will make or break our season.

Can't see anyway State hits 8 wins this year without beating LSU this weekend. Sadly, that is possible.

It won't happen in the regular season without a win over LSU.

What do you guys think of our team?

I think deriving relief from an unimpressive win against Tulane because it's not a loss to Jacksonville State is not a good sign.

yall get 6 wins because of the easiest schedule in history.

How'd that easy schedule look against JSU?

Ole Miss wil be fine. Anywhere from 4 to 7 wins is possible....

I personally think we have an 8 win ceiling, but I also think we've been sandbagging. So It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

I dont think being arrogant after almost giving away a game to a depleted(understatement) UNC team and then looking like shite on offense against Vandy is a good sign for yall. Look, i dont think we re gonna be great this yr but if you think our game against yall is gonna be a cakewalk you are not only foolish, you lack basic logic

Keep crossing your finges JJ will have a massive transformation. Keep crossing your fingers thatyour defense continues to play at a high level (Havent been tested yet). Keep banking on end arounds and stupid shite to be your only way to score.

Hate to say it, but Houston Nutt does the most when you expect the least, so I'm thinking a bowl game and he beats either Bama or Arkansas.

The only explanation

Elisha, that was one of your finest threads. Hate it didn't catch on.

Based on what little I have seen, QB play is very sloppy at this point. It might get really ugly when you face a real defense.

FIFY

That was the year Bama was BAD, Auburn was on their way down, and we didnt have to play Florida, Tennessee, or Georgia.

the SEC goes in cycles, it's not always going to be as strong as it is now...

we DID play Tennessee thatyear, along with WV who was going to be in the national championship game if not for White's injury. We played three bowl teams from the east and a national title contender, not exactly a cupcake schedule.
