True, but I hate neither team for their record against us. If we continue progressing,according to the law of averages, we will eventually get the wins over SEC west teams that we haven't gotten in numerous years. Will that make them hate us, doudt it? The anamosity towards OM has way more to do with the fact that you act like you are still the equal of Alabama and LSU. The south moved on from 1960, the SEC moved on, every team in this nation has moved on. Except one! You and your Ole Miss brethern are the only people who think that MS State is so loathsome. If you watch the replay of the Arky/MSU game, both players were still on the field after the game, they were hugging each other, high-fiving each other. I saw Pernell McFee bear hug Mallet after Mallet patted him on the back. The Arky fans talked about what a nice atmosphere it was, how they were treated. This is what I want MS State to stand for. And this is how I want every other school that plays us to see us as.

At every home game does the MSU PA announcer announce the score of last years Egg Bowl, after they show highlights on yall's world-renowned jumbotron?

No...I always had fun on Thanksgiving night. A lot of the times I was at the games. It was just something the whole family did and it isn't the same since they stopped doing it after 2003.

I've eaten thanksgiving dinner in the Grove 3 time in my life. Fun experience, had the whole spread and whatnot.One of my friends grandparents did it every year the EB was in Oxford. Have a closed in tent with heaters, TVs, etc.
Maybe they will move it back to TG day eventually. I think TV contracts have alot to do with it and for right now A&M/Texas is in the thursday night slot.

Nope! They do flash scores from around the league just like every school does. They do a highlight clip that shows games against a bunch of different teams. You should come and see for yourself sometime. Trust me, we don't single any negativity out at any one team, especially Ole Miss. I believe you are referencing the anoouncer at the spring game announce the attandance at the game as 34,127. And that was the only time I have ever heard them announce anything thast even huinted as a slap towards Ole Miss. In the grand scheme of things, you just aren't that important to expend already short resources on hate
