so in that theory Les Miles might be the best coach in the game. He is 2-2 against saban, 3-3 against Meyer and 2-0 against spurrier yet most circles dont have him in their top 10. yall keep petrino and finish no better than 4th in the west every year which will happen again for the 3rd straight year after LSU wins saturday
2008 Arkansas 5–7 2–6 T–4th (West)
2009 Arkansas 8–5 3–5 4th (West) W Liberty
2010 Arkansas 9–2 5–2 (West)
Arkansas: 22–14 10–13

I had no idea that second place finishes in the west led to so much chest thumping, I thought LSU expected better than that?

Lighten up fellows!

Surely you're not so damn stupid that you believe that LSU gets spotted ANY points for past achievements, do you???

All that we have done this and we have done that "IN THE PAST" will have absolutely NO effect on the outcome of this Saturday's contest.

The team that wins will be the team who is better than the other "THIS SEASON" and all that other BS you are talking won't have any bearing on the final score.

When you compare what both teams have done offensively and defensively over the course of the season the Hogs clearly have the edge.

And btw I was referencing coachs achievements not saying that a NC in 07 will dictate anything on the field just stating that stats wise Les Miles is a better coach than Petrino

Arkansas and LSU both played Ole Miss, Bama, Auburn, Miss. St. and Vandy this season. Here's a comparison of some of the stats the Hogs and Tigers accumulated in those ten games:

Total offensive yards

UA: 2,494

LSU: 1,802

Passing yards

UA: 1774

LSU: 803

Rushing yards

LSU: 999

UA: 720

Total offense allowed

LSU: 1,674

UA: 2,042

Les had better recruits and better athletes when he arrived in Baton Rouge, than CBP had when he came to Fayetteville.
Now that CBP has had time to recruit his type of players I think Arkansas has leveled the playing field and as far as who is the better coach I'd be willing to lay big money that more true fans of college football would recognize CBP as a much superior head coach than Lester Miles. Hell, 50%-70% of your own fan base was ready to pull the trigger on Miles prior to the start of the season.
Now, after a strong performance from your SR laden team most Tigers fans all of a sudden believe that CLM is the second coming of PBB.
And you guys call Hog fans fickle!!!
