Les backing him against the media when it was obviously blatant just gives him extra leeway when tearing his arse a new one in practice.

I remember one year in high school when our star RB lit into a kid who was like 5'7" during tackling drills. Just demolished him.

The coach stopped practice and put our RB up against our two biggest linemen. Each of them got a shoulder and it was frickin awesome. The RB then proceeded to run laps.

My guess is Les saved him triple the humiliation but won't let him forget it.

The faux outrage in todays age is unreal. Yes it was a dirty hit, but people 100% let the media think for them. On Saturday, there was also a player that tried to break another players ankle while laying on the ground, and another player that stomped on another mans testicles while wearing cleats.

But, the media didnt run with it so retards are ok with it

I know its like these people are still going to be really outraged about a dirty hit 10 years later
