If we're irrelevant, y'all should have an estate sale and concede to Arky St, the real flagship.

This is why you will never be relevant in the sport.

You LSU fricks would ruin a wet dream.
A good thread going and you arse clowns come in being big sloppy pussies.
Never mind the fact you're too stupid to realize Arkansas losing yesterday hurts your chances at any post season play.

What do you think of Oklahoma State Dale?
6-15 against the RPI top 100
13 wins are against RPI 100+ teams
Bad loss to Texas Tech
8-10 conference record

No big12 team has ever made the tourney with a losing conference record.
The bad losses while he was suspended will be excused, but I do not think they should as for the reason he wasn't with the team, injury is different.
If you put their resume under a different team's name without Marcus Smart on the roster, no one would be talking about them as they would be in the one of the next next 4 out lists.
They likely get in anyway.

I still don't get the byu love fest

4 bad losses to teams rpi100+

If they're a lock, so should Arkansas and Tennessee
Posted on 3/14/14 at 9:45 am to Hawgeye
Their best win (@Stanford) keeps advancing in the PAC12 tourney.

I agree somewhat, but you know they'll get in on perception alone and all that Big 12 hype

Remember when we got to the finals of the SEC tournament and lost, but still made the tourney as a 12 seed? People around the country were so pissed.

The big12 looks to be "that league" this year.
You know what I'm talking about, "that league" gets more bids than they deserve and all the teams are gone before the elite8 bracket has been set.
Oklahoma St. has shown to be a good team at times in games, as well as an average-bad team in games, combined with their resume, they are a bubble team, IMO. There is nothing to separate them from the rest of the at large field to make them a comfortable lock at this point, another win over Kansas may have done it, but they didn't get it done.
They likely make it into the field, but I don't think anyone in Stillwater is going to get a good night's sleep Saturday night waiting on Selection Sunday.

I'll be surprised if Oklahoma State makes it in
8-10 in their league
Memphis was their best win OOC
5-7 in their last 12

Arkansas was a projected 9 seed before that game. (IIRC, I'm not looking up 2008 bracketology lol).
That loss had the committee punish them through seeding.
The reason why is the bracket is basically set, the at large teams are penciled in, the comparisons of bubble teams has started, having to redo all the work on Sunday afternoon to add a team that shouldn't be there isn't going to do you any favors with anyone.

Like I said this will be excused for the suspension of Marcus Smart.
But then, Kansas will lose a #1 seed if they don't win the big12 tourney because of the injury to Embid.
Yes its a double standard.

Arkansas needs Missouri to get beat today. Also wouldn't hurt to see TN go down.
Palm has Arkansas as his first team out, along with Minnesota and BYU.
Going to be an interesting day and weekend

This was the year before that. We were 18-12 going into the SEC tournament and weren't even on the bubble. Then we got to the finals and lost but still made the tourney as a 12. That's why people were pissed, because we didn't deserve to be in.

I won't be surprised if we are in and, I won't be surprised if we aren't.

If we somehow squeak in, drinks are on me.
That goes for the whole board.
