^He may be the only kicker in the draft.(Taken that is - kickers usually end up doing tryouts after).

He may be the only kicker drafted.

A punter went earlier to someone.

For real?

He was a 4 year starter, set many school records at Arkansas, from Russvegas, AR.

The school record part is impressive if you research the kickers in our past, we've had a kicker selected in the first round before.

I rarely visit shaggybevo but that's a very nice thread! Thanks for the link.

My favorite draft moment is Garrett Gilbert being drafted before any t.u. player. Whether they get any drafted or not, you can't turn off that switch. That has to be driving them bonkers.

Off on a bit of a tangent: I was surprised to see Tajh Boyd go so late. I expect USC fans are snickering over this, but that's a genuine surprise to me.

Seantrel Henderson, quit SC, quit twice during his pro day, tested positive for weed at the combine, drafted before anyone from Texas.

ESPN is the reason Sam most likely doesn't get drafted.

I doubt NFL teams care if he's gay, they just don't want ESPN screaming 'GAY GAY GAY GAY' every time their team is mentioned, and what if they have to end up cutting him, are they gonna have gay groups protesting and shite?

Sam really would have been better off just casually mentioning he was gay, not aspiring to be the poster boy for gay athletes with SI covers and a million interviews.

He was projected as a 7th round pick before he came out in public.

He is undersized to play DE, he doesn't move well enough standing up.
