Not true actually.. I know quite a few where one spouse went to Texas and the other went to LSU.

Sure there is. Some of us aren't emotionally driven like women and just do what makes sense.
Have degrees from Texas and ex received her professional degree from LSU. Lived down there for a few years and you don't have a ton of options - hunting, fishing, food, and LSU football/baseball.
Ergo Texas (1a) fan and LSU (1b) fan.

In terms of $$$ that B1G contract might be double what the SEC would make.. that’s a shite ton of eyeballs, and it would matter 5, 10, 20 years down the road.
I’m glad it didn’t happen as I wanted the SEC all along.. but $$$ matters unfortunately, and that contract wouldn’t have been good for college sports.
As it is, I’m hoping the money stays about the same between the B1G and SEC.

I matched the level of effort with the quality of the post to which I was replying. Why would I expect someone who posts that garbage to appreciate a nice, cutting response? It would be wasted on a smooth brained poster.
