Incorrect. If I'm in Krystal, on Bourbon St., and I see a group of people wearing purple and gold, committing crimes against a passed out guy wearing red, I'm intervening, either personally and/or by alerting the police.

You can, back about 20 years ago I was charged for indecent exposure. I was washing my car at the car wash and walked around back to piss. I was the only one there so I was like wtf. Cop drove by and next thing you know I was in t.r.o.u.b.l.e.
Luckily the charge was dropped later.
