I work at a CBS affiliate and we are putting together a sales package for College Football on CBS and are trying to project what the games will be each week. Here is what I have so far:

Any issues?

Some weeks were hard, like Week 6 and Week 7 that had multiple compelling matchups.

Also tried to find a place for the Grinders but couldn't find a fit

It would be Auburn @ Alabama - the game is being played at Bryant-Denny.

List other possible match-ups on the weeks you are unsure of. Remember, the SEC Network may get a few games that otherwise would have gone to CBS.

CBS has first pick, so no.

Ole Miss-Texas A&M over Florida-LSU? I don't think so.

I also think Alabama and Tennessee get picked ahead of USC-Auburn, and I wouldn't be surprised to see UT-UGA get picked ahead of USC-Mizzou. Overall, you did a pretty good job though imo

Looks plausible to me. Seems like you've got it figured-out. I'd say you've got most of them right.

Wishful thinking, you're living in the past.

Of course, it really all depends upon who has what record when the time comes to play the games. Will Tennessee be ranked in the Top 20 even, when they face Bama or UGA?

a lot of unjustified love given to UT..... i think he has it right at this point

nothing saying bama will be relevant at the time of TSIO or UGA at the time of UT game... AU is returning Conf champs and Mizzou is Div Champs so... at this point in the year im going with those two

Arkansas vs Mizzou will be on CBS that Friday.

Not sure who will air the Thursday game between aTm and LSU.

I don't think it's about living in the past, I think it's about viewers. More people will watch Alabama-Tennessee and UGA-Tennessee because of the markets and traditions with the schools. I'm not saying I don't think Mizzou-USC or Auburn-USC will be less exciting or worthy games, I'm just saying based on CBS' track record they will absolutely pick Alabama-Tennessee, and probably pick UGA-Tennessee.
