I'd like to get the perspective of some LSU fans on the witty new lyrics to their "Neck" song. Particularly after the fire that has come at our "Rammer Jammer" song in a bunch of threads this season.

There is a decent contingency, mostly older folks that want it gone cause the students decided to change the words to something vulgar that showed up for the Tennessee game on TV pretty clearly (so I hear). It has been back and forth for a while.

I love the song but it's wouldn't bother me in the least if they stopped playing until our student section gets their shite together. So embarrassing.

On the "Neck" issue- I think it's embarrassing.
The idiots doing it think they're being "creative". They won't quit doing it. You can't talk rationally with people that immature & naive.
Some- but not all- people can't handle themselves in public. In this case, in time they will realize they look foolish. We all acted crazy in college, and yeah- yelled some profanities. But we never took the organized vulgarity to this level. This is just uncalled for....
Anyway- I know the cheer, but I am not familiar with the "Rammer Jammer issue"...What's that about?
