You may want to reevaluate the abilities of "system" QBs in college and how that equates to the next level

You have clearly have no clue for talent evaluation. You are acting like is Josh Dobbs who was by the way an excellent college payer fwiw but always just slightly above average throwing the ball.
Hooker is a legit pure passer and has plenty of arm strength and intangibles that NFL teams look for.
And he is already climbing on draft boards. His stock will skyrocket this year.
