Sorry, I meant flipped. Not transferred. He was committed to Miami and flipped, right around the same time UofL hired Clint Hurtt.

Greg Little's decommitment from A&M was really sketchy. I hope they look into it.
Sorry, but if the NCAA had to look at every player that decommitted from atm they wouldn't have time for anything else

No you don't. The NCAA isn't the FBI. A simple " speak to my lawyer" is all it takes.
Umm, if you are in the NCAA you must comply with their investigation. As far as talking, you dont have to tell them everything, but you must still be interviewed if they ask.
And the NCAA has somewhat of a "subpoena" power, again, if you are under the NCAA umbrella.
You are able to represented by a lawyer, but you are still forced to comply, especially records like financial statements etc..

i don't think that would be immunity
There are obviously stipulations for "immunity" both in the NCAA and the regular legal system

My main concern with this is that it seems that opposing players don't have anything to lose by lying to investigators about things they could or could've been offered.
If you don't think that Mullen and others haven't told their players to embellish the truth a tad then you've been living under a rock.

Very true. But, you made the bed you are sleeping in...had you not gone over the rails from a cheating standpoint, and just cheated like everyone else, this would not be happening. Moreover, your TV evangelist coach has poured gas on the fire with his antics.

Are OM more angry over the new developments or that a particular MSU poster kept telling yall more was coming AND a second "letter" is coming?
If you were to keep score, the score would be:
MSU Poster: 3
OM Posters: 0

Uh oh..Ole Miss about to have full sex change.

Came in expecting new revelations about the full extent of the cheating bears conspiracy.
Left with absolutely no new real information.
The article essentially is just "Please don't forget that this is going on still."

OM just needs to come clean and ask for forgiveness, the NCAA is usually pretty lenient if you work with them. It's when you're uncooperative (like what SC did) that they lay the hammer down. We're just now recovering from those brutal sanctions.

You've actually managed to get that 100% backwards. All you have to tell the FBI is "lawyer" and the conversation ends.
If the NCAA has mandatory cooperation as part of their eligibility requirements, then sure a kid doesn't have to talk to them - and he doesn't have to be eligible for a scholarship either.
Going a step further, the 5th amendment is a protection against criminal self-incrimination. Refuse to answer a question in a civil matter and it is held against you every single time.

The NCAA is going down a slippery slope if they are pulling those strings again. Those that think lawsuits can't come of it are fools.
Here's the problem with that theory. Once you enter lawsuit territory, not only does all testimony go under oath but any pertinent record becomes open to discovery. How many coaches are going to want those items to become part of the official record? Even if they're innocent on the issue at hand, we all know NOBODY is completely clean and not very many are going to willingly show that fact to the whole world.

I am sure we will make this argument. Don't know that it will help.

Yes and no, the OM narrative since the draft has essentially been, there is nothing more and no further investigating going on. But essentially nothing more other than the gathering info from other schools

This isn't fair. Freeze said if you know something about violations report to the Ole Miss compliance office, not the NCAA compliance office.
