Fresno St was a 4 seed who won the CWS in 2008 who ended the regular season 28-27.

Is there a more unlikely NCAA champion in the history of any NCAA team sport?

Should have never happened either.

Georgia blew the finals series.

The best team won. This team ain’t a Fluke. They went through Georgia Tech, Ole Miss in Oxford, and Duke in Durham.

Let’s not be too hyperbolic. That regional wasn’t crazy difficult. But, neither was Arkansas’.

UCLA may want to think twice about throwing their second best against Murray Sate to save their ace for Arkansas/LSU. Ole Miss made that mistake in the Oxford Regional and found themselves in the loser's bracket real quick.

He definitely did it on purpose, but it’s so close.
He definitely stayed in the baseline, but that lead foot never even touched the bag. The intent was to spike the fielder 100%. The first part of his body to touch the base was his trailing knee. I wish it had stood.

Hate LsU and Arkansas are matched up first rd in Omaha. Not starting in losers bracket is vital and one of these teams may have to burn pitching early which will certainly hurt your team long term.
