Dude averaged barely 20 points per game vs Bama and can’t stay healthy in the NFL.

Considering Tua and Burrows play for shitty teams I would say both are doin well right now considering the expectations they are raising.

Super neat! He also set the NFL record for consecutive INTs thrown. That was the same season he lost the Super Bowl.

Tua vs Burrow

I don't understand why people get caught up in this "debate".

Burrow - best season in collegiate football history in 2019.

Tua - absolutely fantastic QB, probably the best season for a QB in Alabama history in 2019.

Tua's success in the NFL is even more evidence that LSU had the best season in college football history.

I remember when Alabama fans were too proud of their college teams to lower themselves to the point of bragging on NFL achievements. My how the turn tables.

A measure of the greatness of a college champion is the level of its competition.

LSU 2019 had to beat:

Alabama, undefeated and with potential NFL MVP Tua throwing to four first-round wideouts;

Clemson, ACC champion, with first-rounder Trevor Lawrence at QB;

Oklahoma, Big 12 champion, with potential MVP Jalen Hurts at QB.

And the list goes on.

And playing with two 3rd team ILBs, with 4 of the front 7 being freshmen. Big whoop.

LSU had what 5 drafted in the first round following the championship? 14 overall. Your team clearly out talented the field.

What does Tua's current success in the NFL have to do with anything related to LSU?

I have never actually seen Tua tackle or intercept Burrow or vice versa. The comparison is beyond stupid.

What narrative is funny? This one:

Oct 13, 2018 - Knee Patella Sprain
Tagovailoa tweaked his knee after sliding on a play in the third quarter during the Missouri game on Oct. 13. He was available for the next game

Nov 10, 2018 - Leg Quad Strain
Tagovailoa suffered a quad injury late in the third quarter during the game against Mississippi State. He was available for the next game vs. the Citadel

Dec 1, 2018 - Pedal Ankle (high) Sprain Grade 3

Oct 19, 2019 - Pedal Ankle (high) Sprain Grade 3
Tagovailoa injured his right ankle during Alabama's win over Tennessee. He underwent a successful tight-rope procedure and missed one game

Nov 16, 2019 - Inguinal Hip Strain
Tagovailoa suffered a dislocated right hip in the second quarter vs. Mississippi State and underwent successful surgery. He missed the rest of the season.

Nov 25, 2020 - Hand Thumb Sprain
Tagovailoa missed the Week 12 game against the Jets as he suffered a thumb injury in practice.

Sep 19, 2021 - Chest Rib Fracture
Tagovailoa suffered fractured ribs during the Week 2 game against the Bills. He was placed on IR and missed three games

Nov 3, 2021 - Hand Finger Fracture
Tagovailoa missed the Week 9 game due to a small fracture in the middle finger of his throwing hand.

Sep 29, 2022 - Head Cranial Concussion Grade 1
Tua was stretchered off in a Week 4 loss to the Bengals.

Dec 25, 2022 - Head Cranial Concussion Grade 3

That isn't very funny! Tua has a family.

Bama retroclaims fake titles to look better.
LSU doesn’t fake-claim any.

There is a difference between hand/rib/leg injuries and brain injuries.

People aren't worried about Tua because of his thumb sprain or even his rib fracture. It's the two brain injuries last season.
