ESPN’s politics require no one getting arrested, or suspended for anything. Ever.

Miles being charged with murder went away.
And then we found out Brandon Ubered the murder weapon to the scene of the crime.
Kinda odd the disparity between the attention given to each, don’t you think?
I find it odd.

Not really. It was revealed immediately about miles involvement. School and coach covered up miller involvement.
Then coach made it a bigger story by wrong place wrong time.
It's pretty easy to follow why this is even a story. National guys will crank it back up start of tourney time

Nope. They said from the beginning that other students were there at the time but they couldn't say more while the investigation was ongoing.

The story will not go away indefinitely. When the murder trial starts, Miller will have to be on the stand as a witness being cross- examined by the defense attorneys. He'll have to answer questions he probably doesn't want to answer. Unless Davis and Miles cut a deal and plead guilty, which seems unlikely at the moment. They both undoubtedly now consider Miller to be a snitch, which is not a good thing to be in that kind of company. Through their attorneys, they'll be out for revenge at the trial.
Not to mention Miller will eventually be deposed in any lawsuit filed against him by the slain woman's family. I'm guessing he will be taking the 5th a lot.
And I can guess what most Alabama fans would say to that. Once Miller is gone from Alabama in a few weeks, most will stop caring so much about what happens to him.

So they knew Bradley and Miller were there, they didn’t conduct an internal investigation into why, they let them continue to play, now it comes out that Miller door dashed the gun to Miles, Greg Byrne is either the most incompetent AD in the history of ADs or They knew it and were hoping it wouldn’t come out til the season was over. AKA a cover up.

Wrong.
I hope he tears it up in the NBA and wins some titles.

Can you imagine the amount of coaching his lawyer is gonna have to do. He is a 20 yr old Freshman has failed 2 grades in school. Miller may have to take a year off from Ball too,get coached up for a trial.

Not so fast my friend... we still don't have all information.

Must’ve gotten their marching orders from the REC

They knew Miller and Bradley were there from the jump. They did not know about the text message until the court testimony earlier this week. They determined that it was so close to his arrival that it was immaterial to their initial determination on their availability.

Isn't the investigation of this murder still ongoing? Your argument is flawed. Mentioning the names at the beginning would not hamper any investigation.
But you know that

Unfortunately, you are an idiot and no one values your perspective on anything.
The amount of retarded comments in this community has begun to rival 4Chan and Reddit. And somehow you have managed to stand out with your broken Engrish and enraged shitposting.

Unless Miller knew about the gun in the car, this would change everything + even more interesting, maybe Miller was already in the area and reacted to text message #3 (ignoring the previous text messages).

They didn't mention his name until after the testimony.
The sheer stupidity on the part of you people is breathtaking.

Maybe officially but the DA is pursuing charges on two people and not on others. There would have to be some Perry Mason style courtroom surprise for anything to change ... and Perry Mason style courtroom surprises basically only happen on a television procedural drama.

Well on the account that would require admission from Miller himself, I am betting we never will know.

That’s why it is important to understand what happened after the shooting.
How did the murder weapon end up in Quinerly’s dorm room? Maybe Miller didn’t help to hide it but still assisted in some way…
