Dalvin Tomlinson 
and Darren Lake on the DL (A'Shawn Robinson should also contribute, but he's a 5* TF so I wasn't gonna list him, Dalvin is gonna wreck some SEC OL's the next 2 - 3 yrs)
Reggie Ragland at LB
Was gonna say Geno Smith at CB but he played a good bit later in the year & was PHENOMENAL as a TF at CB (UGA missed out on a great one & WE APPRECIATE IT!!)

Would S Ronald Martin still count as a "breakthrough" type player?
He's made plays his first two years, but mostly in mop-up duty backing up Eric Reid. I think he's going to be a boss in the secondary this coming year.

Oh yeah. Both Dawson's will be players. I could see Josh's potential last year with limited playing time.

Three players for Florida that I think will make a big impact on defense are:
S Marcus Maye - 5'11, 203 - will step in for Matt Elam. Not I don't expect him to be 2012 Matt Elam good, but he will certainly break out next year and be a force in that secondary.
S Rhaheim Ledbetter - 5'11, 206 I think this kid is going to hurt some people playing close to the LOS like a SS.
LB Daniel McMillan - 6'3, 225 - A freshman Lb that has a chance to make an impact from day 1. He enrolled in spring and would not be surprised at all to see him win a LB spot.
