Brandon Cox was a QB I always respected. Loved those early to mid 00s battles against Auburn, was just pure smash mouth hard hitting football

I never understood why he transferred to USC. He had to sit out a year already due to the transfer rules at the time, I figured he'd go somewhere he'd be able to start but USC under Carroll had a loaded QB room already, I believe John David Booty and Mark Sanchez were there already. And yet he chose to go there and live out the rest of his football career in obscurity.
