My thoughts on being at the LSU Bama game

I really thought I was going to see a lot of hostility between the LSU and Alabama fans, but I really didn't. There were a lot of Bama fans hanging out at the fraternity tailgates laughing, drinking, and talking with fellow LSU fans. I talked to a few Bama fans myself, and they were extremely nice people. Sat next to a couple of good-looking Bama girls in the Stadium who were also very nice. The only thing that I thought was stupid was how the LSU fans booed the Alabama band when they came out. Otherwise, I thought LSU stayed pretty classy the whole weekend. Anyone else at the game, what were your thoughts?

The Bama fans that travel and 99.9% of those that went to the U of A are great.
It's the douches on here, updykes, downings, and sidewalk fans that give them a bad reputation.

i sat in the south endzone and the only bama fan next to me congratulated us on the win with about 3 minutes left then got up and left. there fans kept it classy and did not rub it in at all. i believe bama fans to be well rounded intelligent football fans.

I don't have a problem with the Bama fans I know in real life and hung out with this weekend. And I don't care that people booed their band. I also don't care how our fanbase is perceived.

Bama has some of the classier opposing fans that I've ever met for the most part. Every team has their batch of shitty fans but I seem to have more fun around the real Bama fans.

LSU is the most arrogant fan base in the SEC and they weren't even relevant in any way until Saban got there.
So yeah any chance WE as Alabama fans get a chance to take a big shite on Baton Rogue and LSU it's well deserved.
