Prior to seeing Sankey on the stand last week, I would have agreed with you. After….not so much.

Dude, I doubt anybody here really thinks that LSU is getting the boot nor would many actually want that to happen. This is just jockeying for position, especially since Sankey is a caged animal. But if you think that LSU would come out better off outside of the SEC, you're simply insane and need to stop and go take a walk or something. It would be a severe financial hit for LSU's athletic budget. Notre Dame is the only school that can really pull off the whole independent thing with any meaningful national coverage deal. The PAC12 imploded because even with the media darlings in massive metro areas on the West coast couldn't get a decent TV deal done and the ACC is quickly following in those footsteps.
