Mine is an 83 year old Bama fan and is just getting over pneumonia. it was refreshing to see him be fired up over anything, even a loss. I’m sad we lost but happy I was blessed with one more chance to watch a game with him after all the health problems he has dealt with lately.

There used to be bumper stickers to the effect of:
"My two favorite schools are (insert my school's name) and whoever is playing (insert rival schools name)"
But I seriously think in the case of LSU fans, the bumper sticker would read
"My two favorite schools are who ever plays Bama this week and who plays them next week"
