1. UGA HC's don't sign contracts, and their AD doesn't follow up to see if it's signed either, that's a FACT.
2. Explain to me how he can be under contract with UGA and Alabama at the same time and none of the clauses in either of those contracts will interfere with each other. Like any recruiting based clauses or expectations for performance.

I don't know enough about their contracts to tell you. I do know that Mark Richt, Jim McElwain, Tom Herman, etc. have done this in the past.

How do the contracts work? Obviously lots of coaches jump between regular season and bowl games, so it isn't a contract violation. Do the schools just choose to overlook it since they can't hold a coach hostage?

I think in the case of accepting a better job (DC to HC for example), employment probably technically ends at the old institution. Staying on after that is treated as a favor, basically.
