Mullen must have had the best staff in the country when he was first hired since he can repeatedly just go and promote someone already on staff instead of finding a good DC elsewhere.

That's fine. But the wording Coonass used was completely laughable.
But it's safe to say he wasn't the best DB in the nation. Hell, I said it midseason that Slay was better and would get drafted higher.
