How did you guys pay for $35M in football facilities in such a down economy? Bonds and donations or just donations?

The complex is 100% privately funded up front. Raised the $$ for it in about 6mo after the Gator Bowl. The Seal family also gave $12 mil of it...
Our fundraising arm has gotten pretty crazy since Mullen arrived here. Probably near $40mil this fiscal year in private donations to the Bulldog Club (up from like $12 mil when he arrived).
Our upcoming $80mil stadium expansion will be initially funded on bonds though, with the intention to pay it off quickly through the new premium seating options...
