I though the same thing about our basketball job.

Stricklin would probably hire an assistant no one had ever heard of.

It will be interesting to see where Hood goes.

Considering it's been said that he has had his mind made up about leaving for over 2 months.

Perhaps the school he goes to , has a player that will graduate or get drafted after next season and after his "sit out year" he can step right in and be a starter at that particular position.

just wish he wasn't leaving.

man I hope not

I'd like to think he'd pick someone with a great reputation and record and that is already a head coach somewhere else.

We just agree to disagree on that then.

I hope we get it going, we at least have a little better chance now we have everyone back.

I am just tired of the mediocrity.

If we had to get rid of Cohen, which I doubt we will, there would be a line out of the door for the job.

There are a lot of guys we could get. shite UT got Serrano from Cal State Fullerton, if they can do that we can get basically anyone outside of the SEC and very top ACC programs.

McDonell from Louisville comes to mind right away, and I know he is an ex Ole Miss guy.

People said this about our basketball program. And now we will go from winning 18-22 games and a bubble team to having no chance for the next 2 years.

It would nice to look forward to asking the question , " is it baseball season yet??"

Basketball is gonna have us so desperate for baseball to start

We wouldn't have to worry about being irrelevant in baseball.

We had one losing season for what 40 years. I really don't think it will be an issue with Cohen unless he fricks up next year.
