Probably is a good thing. None of our walk ons helped our starters get better in practice. You think Baxter was a good sinulation of the PG Dee would be facing from week to week?

Personally, I think u could do just as good of a job on Dee as Baxter did. He is f'n horrible.

I expect coach Ray to have open tryouts for walk-ons and highly doubt Baxter will be back.

Who are we going to get for GPA now???

I have a feeling we may lose a scholarship or two due to transfers etc.

After his fantastic performance in The 6th Sense, who woulda thunk Haley Joel Osmond would be an SEC PG one day?

Not this guy.

Hood was like a Dean's scholar but not sure how Deville fits since he left during the semester but not sure either of those harm the APR. Bost, Sydney and Moultrie obviously don't. One of us doesn't understand the way APR is calculated. Could be me but I don't think so. You are just being your normal "nervous nellie" self.

Chris Hollender, who comes to MSU from Evansville.

Saw that from Marcello. I guess that's the last assistant hire?

I wonder if Hollender has ever spent time in the south. Doesn't look like it, according to his bio.

Our AD made a bad hire wanting to "Clean up" our program. We may have better kids with good attitudes and strong work ethic and good discipline, but if the other player ls are more talented we will still lose.

yep no reason to have a good clean program in bball because dirty wins in basketball.

LSU learned with the deadfish

We made a Trent Johnson type hire. High character guy but isn't going to play the dirty recruiting game.

Trent also brought in his own staff that didn't have any Louisiana ties. At least we have 2 guys with Mississippi and Southeast connections.

wont even get trent results because he at least won a sec title with a loaded roster in a very down sec

major basketball just isn't a clean game, the athletic directors that understand this make the correct hires the ones that dont hire dead fish johnson to not recruit aau talent and just lock down the white boys at country day.
