Not LSU really, but in the Movie The Reaping, Hillary swank is an atheist professor at LSU. At the beginning of the movie she shows an LSU FB clip and ends her lecture with a "GEAUX TIGERS!"
The rest of the movie was meh and about deadly plagues or curses in the bayou that turned water red.

There was a movie made during the 90's that had a fictitious Texas State University team playing Mississippi State for some kind of title or something. Vague I know.
ETA: just googled it. Was "The Program" based on an ECU team. We lost 20-28 to them in the first game of the season

Gary Busey starred as Bear Bryant in a biopic called The Bear.
Bear's family hated it so much, they bought out the rights and destroyed the film before it went to video. You literally cannot see it now.

Deadly Tower- staring Kurt Russel(looks like Miles) as Charles Whitman. Based on when witman sniped from the college tower on Texas's campus.
Not SEC? Wait a sec . When they made the movie about the shootings on UT Austin's campus they used LSU's campus and clock tower since it brought back too many awful memories for the Texas community.

You're very welcome. I don't know if any of the other Boggy Creek movies involve UArk and I hope I never find out.
