I'm not reading the whole thread, but I've been to:
-Bama
-Florida
-Auburn
-MS State
-Ole Miss
-I'm a student at LSU
And Auburn is by FAR the worst. Every corner you turn, you expect to see a congregation of trailers lining the horizon. Just breathing the air in that pathetic excuse for a campus is nauseating.
MS State is actually very nice. The dorms in Zacharias Village (or whatever it is) are palaces, especially compared to junk like Herget we have at LSU. The Barnes and Noble on campus is pretty sweet and it's a very clean campus. And parking isn't AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMIARE like LSU.
The Hump is nothing special, it sort of reminds me of Southeastern's little arena, but other than that I think State is fine.

Vandy has a beautiful Campus, small but very nice campus.

I have been to most every SEC campus except USCe (I recruit engineering students for co-op positions) and have to say Auburn's ranks last in the SEC. Samford Hall is nice as well as the new Louder (snicker) building. The rest is as crappy as I've ever seen. Jus' sayin'.

I told my room mate this shite being posted on the rant about Auburn and he laughed his arse off. He spent two years at Miss St and his ex girlfriend is from Tuscaloosa. You see what you want but if you came to Auburn and I showed you the campus you wouldn't have much to argue with.
