Fields looked healthy running and throwing. He certainly looked healthy playing ping pong prior to the game.
Teague was the starter going into the B1G CG, was he not? He went out with hip injury and Sermon came in and had a huge game. He followed that up in Sugar Bowl when Teague was still out. Sermon started the NCG because he was the hot hand, but Teague had been the starter and wasn't a scrub.
Bama's WR starters were either gimpy (Waddle, Metchie) the whole game and Smith out for the 2nd half. Plus, the heart and soul of the OL (Dickerson) was out neutralizing the loss of OSUs big DL.
At full strength, that game result is still a Bama W. No one was stopping Bama's O this year. And, Fields wasn't keeping up in a shootout.
Sorry, tOSU was a tremendous team this year. They will be again next year, as well. Looks like tOSU and Clemson and Bama aren't going anywhere. So, looking forward to some more good CFP games (although Bama has its work cut out for them to get there next yr)

for sure . BAMA fans are notoiously nown for going ghost when they get beat down ....see Clemson beat down from 2016 and OSU beatdown from 2014 ...they are bad losers ..but tats what makes it fun beating them ...low class

A lot of them like to come here and talk about how Bama is better at everything than any other program and suggest that this somehow makes them as fans better than fans of other programs. Then, when anyone disagrees or points their obnoxious arrogance out, they lose it. It is pretty entertaining though, I must admit.

as far as football goes BAMA LSU FLORIDA GEROGIA fans have to be given a little more rope than others bc they have proven to be the elite portion of the SEC over the last 20 yrs lets say ...Auburn a little bit but they are fading fast ...everyone else can gag .... i meen OSU is more of an SEC type team than Missouri for goodness sake ...i meen Tennessee may go 1-11 next yr ... its bad in rocky top .they ars o bad ...and TEX gay and M is a panflash ...
